Due to the complex and bespoke nature of funding we deal with at Select, you will be looked after by our senior advisers, or Managing Director. Our fees start at £499 but will be no more than £799, our maximum fee across the business.
Typically, the minimum loan size for bespoke lending options is £750,000 for mortgages and £100,000 for equity release. Exceptions can be made dependent on other factors.
