What is your role at J Finance?: I am a Mortgage and Protection Adviser, which means I help clients find the right mortgage for their circumstances and make sure they have suitable protection in place alongside it. That covers everything from a first conversation about what is possible, through to researching the market and recommending a solution that fits.
Why should someone listen to your advice?: Because my advice is always based on a proper understanding of a client's individual circumstances rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to explain the options clearly, so clients can make an informed decision they feel confident about.
What do you like best about working at J Finance?: The variety, and the chance to make a genuine difference to clients at an important moment in their lives. I also value being part of a team that puts client outcomes first.
Describe your typical day.: My day is a mix of client meetings, casework, and keeping on top of market and lender updates, so that whatever question a client brings me, I am ready with an answer.
