Q. What is your role at J Finance Ltd?
I am Mortgage and Protection Adviser at J Finance Ltd. I build personalised tailored protection and mortgage advice that works for individuals, choosing from a range of key cover. I help them understand the importance of insurance and why you might require it. A strong analysis of my client’s current financial and personal circumstances gives me the facts to ensure that I meet their needs. I can provide a suitable personal recommendation giving my clients peace of mind that if something unexpected were to happen – they will have the right cover.
Q. What do you like best about working with J Finance?
Working with J Finance Ltd is an opportunity to meet professional and friendly people. It gives me access to all the tools needed to allow me to do my job in the best possible way. An extensive range of products is an advantage when building the best solution for my clients.
Q. What qualities make you best suited for your role?
I have been involved with clients since 2003 and I have worked in the financial services industry since 2014 and during that time I have learnt how to really listen to people, and build strong relationships. I realized that every person I meet is unique we all have different needs which are very important to each of us.
Q. What makes you get up in the morning?
From the moment I started my family, I realized that I would not need an alarm clock any more! I love these little happy feet in the morning - my mornings could not be any better.
Q. What do you like to do at the weekend?
Most weekends I work but I’m lucky that much of my work is flexible so if my family wants to go for a trip, walk, do any sport or activities then I can fit it in most days. If I have a chance on Saturday evenings I love to have a barbecue in my garden – spending time with friends and family. Every Sunday evening I play football and if the weather is nice I am racing on my R1.
Q. What makes you happy?
If my family is happy - then I am happy!

Some beautiful places in the mountains, with forests & lakes …
