What is your role at J Finance?

I am a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. I work with clients to find the best solution for their individual needs and circumstances, taking the time to understand their situation properly before making any recommendation.

What qualities make you best suited for your role?

I am a good listener and I will not give up until I am absolutely sure I have found the right solution. I am committed to keeping my knowledge current and regularly attend training seminars and conferences to make sure the advice I give reflects what is available in the market today.

Describe your typical day.

No two days are the same, but I generally start by working through my emails before moving on to a mix of administration, client meetings, and research. The balance between those changes from day to day depending on what clients need.

What do you like best about working at J Finance?

I love being part of a fun, dedicated group of people. Everyone is unique but together the company has a real family feel. I enjoy building relationships with clients over time and taking pride in the service I provide. Getting to know the people I work with, both colleagues and clients, is one of the best parts of the job.

What do you like to do at the weekend?

No two weekends are quite the same either, but my favourite days tend to start with the gym or a run in the morning, followed by a walk or some shopping and a good meal at home with friends or family. Sunday usually means football at the pub, which is non-negotiable.

Where was your last holiday?

My last holiday was in Rouen, France, with my family. I love exploring new places and discovering somewhere I have not been before.

What is the one thing you could not do without?

It may be a cliche, but it is my family. They help me get through every obstacle that life throws at me and I would not want to face any of it without them.
