What is your role at J Finance Ltd?

As a Client Relationship Manager I provide assistance to our clients and their dedicated adviser to make the mortgage and protection process as seamless and simple as possible.  After the Adviser has arranged the mortgage or protection policies, I work with the clients to gather documentation and deal with the providers to make things happen as smoothly as possible.

I also advise on Home Insurance, helping our clients protect their home & contents, and navigating the market.

What qualities make you best suited for your role?

My attention to detail and customer service skills; much of the time I am working with either lenders and providers or clients, so I need to be good at communicating!

What do you like best about working with J Finance?

The team, our clients and the office atmosphere! 

What makes you happy?  

I love spending time with family, being by the sea and making people laugh!

What’s the last thing you do at night?

I think of 3 things that went well that day, have one last scroll on my phone and set my alarms – Multiple alarms are required!

What do you like to do at the weekend?

If I’m not by the coast, I love to go out with my partner and his two children, exploring, and maybe accidently end up at a pub for a drink then head home for a roast!
